Accessibility statement for the Genelec Pre-Owned online service
This accessibility statement applies to the digital service Genelec Pre-Owned and was published on 23.6.2025. The description of the site's accessibility is based on an evaluation conducted by Genelec and an external expert organization.
Preowned.genelec.com is Genelec’s official webshop for pre-owned products, offering consumers the opportunity to purchase inspected and refurbished Genelec audio equipment directly from the manufacturer. The service is aimed at private customers who value high-quality sound, Finnish craftsmanship, and sustainable practices. By giving used products a second life, the webshop promotes ecological thinking and offers a more affordable way to enjoy Genelec’s premium audio solutions.
The Genelec products sold in the webshop — such as active loudspeakers and subwoofers — are designed to be user-friendly and accessible to all. They are delivered as easy to set up, without requiring technical expertise or physically demanding installation. If specific accessibility needs arise, our customer support is happy to help find a suitable solution. Genelec is also committed to improving the digital accessibility of its webshop and welcomes feedback to support ongoing development.
We strive to ensure that our services are accessible in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019) and the EU Web Accessibility Directive. This accessibility statement outlines the known issues in the accessibility of the service and provides instructions on how to send us feedback or improvement suggestions regarding accessibility.
