
Warranty Terms
Genelec loudspeakers are known for their reliability and long lifespan.
We provide a minimum 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for all Genelec Certified Pre-Owned™ loudspeakers. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects and functional shortcomings that affect the product's performance under normal use. During the warranty period, Genelec is responsible for repairing the loudspeaker and providing the necessary spare parts.
If a loudspeaker malfunctions during the warranty period and cannot be repaired at an authorised service centre, it may be replaced with the same model from the Genelec Certified Pre-Owned™ online store or with another one of similar value.
As part of our sustainability program, we offer an additional 3-year extended warranty (beyond the standard 2-year warranty) for all registered A+ and B+ condition rated products, provided a proof of purchase is presented. During the extended warranty period, Genelec covers the costs of spare parts and labour. Each A+ and B+ condition rated loudspeaker must be registered to receive the extended 5-year warranty.
Usage Environment Specifications
Our usage environment specifications define the operational requirements for Genelec loudspeakers and accessories. These specifications apply to all two-way and three-way loudspeakers, and subwoofers, as well as their accessories and supporting services.
Use of Genelec loudspeakers, accessories and services outside of the defined environment specifications voids the warranty unless such use has been agreed upon with Genelec prior to the product's deployment. Such agreements are always made on a case-by-case basis and in writing.
